Nowadays its dream to be a trainee train driver since its very well paid and reliable job to do. There is nearly nobody and no company that recession hasn't hit and jobless people increases everyday dramatically.

How to become a trainee train driver in the UK?

Train drivers are getting  £40k annually and all other benefits as well.

If you are not employed by a train company than your chance to become a trainee tarin driver is not very high as companies are choosing their new drivers from their own employees.

Like many jobs, the best way to get the career of your dreams is to get a 'foot in the door' with the company you wish to do the job for. Taking a menial or junior position puts you in good standing for internal promotion opportunities.
