Has anyone actually done a graduate scheme? What do they involve and what are they like? Are they worthwhile? How would a graduate job be any different to any other job?

Graduate schemes do vary between companies  They will normally involve a selection of training throughout the organisation, giving graduates the opportunity to get a variety of work experiences and an opportunity to learn more about the company.

They are usually good, because they don't always have to relate directly to your degree, meaning that if you want to try something new you have the chance to do this. It also gives you the option of getting a role while you're still training, which is much better than going back to do another degree for the majority of people.

Has anyone here done a graduate job and would they recommend it?
